I eat a lot of asparagus, I love the stuff! Last week I had asparagus & purple grapes and ice cold water for dinner. I get full really easy, so I eat small amounts of food. I warm up a skillet and put a tea spoon or two of I can’t believe it’s not butter. I like my asparagus a bit crunchy, so I wash, cut the ends off and put in skillet with some garlic for no longer then 10 miuntes. I put the lid on for like 5 minutes. It’s perfect and crunchy and super easy to make. Yum Yum.

My BLT made with Mayo, fresh romaine lettuce, fresh roman tomatoes, and Turkey Bacon, sometimes morning star vegetarian bacon. On toasted wheat bread. Bread is Open Nature’s Nuts and Seeds. I’m kinda weird with meat so I like to over cook it. And the sandwich tastes better if you cut it in half! Trust me. Drink with Ice tea.

1 can of frozen lemonade and 1 cup tequila. Yum Yum. Freeze over night and have a slushee. ;)
